Conference Lodgings

Whether you have a group wanting the privacy and comfort of hotel style rooms or a group looking forward to the fun of sharing a cabin, we have just the right lodging options to meet your needs. We can accommodate up to 210 guests year round. All of our lodging options are designed to provide guests with a beautiful natural setting that encourages a sense of community, a feeling of relaxation and opportunities for reflection and renewal.

St. John's & St. Mark's

Blended into the spectacular scenery of the Center are our two modern hotel-style lodges. Each lodge has twelve bedrooms furnished with either 1 double and 1 twin or 2 double beds. Lodge rooms have their own private bathroom with a shower and are comfortably appointed to make you feel right at home.

Bedding and towels are provided.

Adult-friendly Cabins

Located on the quiet Upper Cabin Way, our “adult-friendly” cabins have the same look and design as our traditional cabins however, they feature four twin beds, furniture and hotel style amenities instead of traditional bunks. Adult-friendly cabins are the perfect option for guests wanting something a little more outside the box than a “hotel room”. All cabins are fully winterized with heat and hot water, they have their own bathrooms with two toilets, sinks and showers. Porches on each cabin invite guests to gather together and enjoy the center’s natural beauty.

Bedding and towels are provided.

Adult-friendly cabins are available year-round.

Standard Cabins

Our standard cabins are nestled in the woods of Lower Cabin Way, overlooking beautiful Otter Lake. Standard cabins are a great option for single families of 5+, multiple families wanting to share a sleeping space, or groups looking to share the entire retreat experience together. All cabins are heated and fully winterized for year-round use and have five or six sets of bunk beds, a shared bathroom with two toilets, sinks and showers. Porches on each cabin invite guests to gather together and enjoy the center’s natural beauty.

Guests provide their own bedding, towels and toiletries.

Bunkhouse

Renovated in 2013, the bunkhouse is located almost directly on beautiful Otter Lake and sleeps 16 in two separate sleeping rooms . Each sleeping room has 4 sets of bunk beds fitted with twin sized mattresses. There are two bathrooms each with two showers, sinks and toilets. The open concept living room/kitchenette features a beautiful fireplace, comfortable furniture, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is a screened-in porch off the living space with a table that is great for soaking in the tranquility the Center has to offer.

This is the perfect space for groups who prefer to have their sleeping rooms and meeting space all in one building!

Guests provide their own bedding, towels and toiletries.

Cederholm Retreat Cottage

The Cederholm Retreat Cottage was established in the spring of 2014, in gratitude for the episcopacy of the Rt. Rev. Bud Cederholm and according to the vision he shared with his wife, Ruth Ann. They see the Cottage as a place of rest and reflection for the clergy and clergy spouses of the Diocese of MA.
