Counselor in Training   11th Grade

You're ready to take the next step. You want to be a leader. You want to be a friend, a role model, a mentor to younger kids. You want to put all of your knowledge and skills to the test. If you're ready for real responsibility, for significant challenges, for the chance to make a difference then you're ready for our Counselor in Training (CIT) program.

In our CIT program, you'll divide your time between learning what it takes to be a leader, getting some real life leadership experience and enjoying all the fun and adventure of THE CAMP.  Over the course of three weeks you'll learn more about teamwork, responsibility, respect, motivation, listening, planning, initiative, creativity, and problem-solving.

Junior Counselor   12th Grade

The Junior Counselor program offers the opportunity for graduates of our CIT program to spend the summer gaining first hand experience in all aspects of the camp.  Junior Counselors will be mentored by experienced camp counselors and receive ongoing training and coaching.  This program is selective and requires a separate application.  Participants receive a small stipend for participating in the Junior Counselor program.
