Counselors in Training (Entering Grade 12)
June 29th – August 2nd
$500 (5 weeks)

The CIT program is for upcoming high school seniors who want to begin the transition from being a camper to learning what it takes to be a BCH counselor. Our new and improved CIT program offers the opportunity to spend the entire summer at camp developing skills and gaining firsthand experience in all aspects of BCH. During the first three weeks of summer, CIT’s will receive high quality training in leadership development, childhood development, behavior management, program planning and small group facilitation. The last two weeks of summer will be spent living in cabins with campers as assistant counselors.

The CIT program is selective and requires a separate application and reference form. After receiving acceptance, CIT’s must register for the program. Participants will receive a small stipend for their last two weeks of work spent living in cabins with campers.

Youth Leadership Academy (Entering Grades 9 & 10)
Diocese of Massachusetts Sponsored Program
July 27th – August 2nd

YLA is a week-long camp experience where rising 9th and 10th graders come together from across the Diocese to develop a community while learning about servant leadership and faith-based community organizing. YLA-ers participate in camp activities and spend their mornings learning how leadership intersects with faith! Opportunities to continue in YLA during the school year are also available.
